Prices range from around €27 for Selenium to €87 for Vita. The current price is listed with every product above. Most women use two or three at a time, not the whole range.
In practice I usually end up with Vita, Magnesium and Protein: metabolism, recovery and muscle maintenance. If you're going through menopause or sleeping badly, we also look at Multi and Omega 3. What fits you depends on your goal, your diet and your blood values — we'll discuss that during the intake.
